The Hawaii Times - The paths of the characters of The Walking Dead have known them one by one during the course of this season. Chapter by chapter we have been beside them to know the destiny of their steps and their new circumstances. This time we saw Tara and Heath. The truth is that I almost forgot about them and it was a pleasant surprise to remember this pair of guys.
It is curious that in such an advanced season the unknown characters are as strong as what we saw in the first chapter. They talk precisely about what they did at the satellite station and how they ended up with people who were there. Apparently Heath falls into a great ethical reflection on what they did, but Tara tells him it was "necessary."
In this chapter history was told us with leaps in time; Of those very interesting that the creators of The Walking Dead know how to do. Thus, the first thing we know of Tara after agreeing with Heath to review a road that was needed, is that she is fainted on the beach. Two girls find her and one of them (the oldest) takes her to the shade and later brings her water. Tara wakes up and follows her to her village.
Much had been said about the community that would find, if it were the Whisperers (Whisperers) that appear in the comics; However, it was the Oceanside community, made up only of women and hidden among the jungle by the ocean's edge.
Tara gets into serious problems in the village and almost lost his life. That's when we get to know how he lost track of Heath. And is that the bridge that they tried to cross was full of walkers and she fell to the river, something that saved her life and took her to the beach. Up to this point we saw that Heath seems to have fled when things got complicated on the bridge.
The community leaders explain to Tara that she can stay but that letting go of her is not a question. Then they explain the absence of men in that place: a great dispute with an adversary group cost them the life to all them. Then the women took care of starting from scratch and killing every person who came. Apparently Tara ran with luck.
Apparently they let Tara leave the place if he promises not to tell anyone the location, or everything there. According to this it will be but Tara realizes that they will eliminate it. With the help of the girl who saves her at all times, she fled and reached the bridge where she fell into the river. Then we can know that Heath did not flee but saved his life to Tara even though he got into serious trouble. Nothing indicates that he died and apparently fled from there in the car in which they arrived.
A girl arrives in Alexandria after a long expedition of two weeks. He comes smiling, with glasses of color that he found in an optics and a bracelet that his friend from Oceanside gave him along with a backpack and food, not without first making her promise not to say anything about that community. Tara promised and learned that it was the Saviors who had exterminated all men and boys over the age of 10. Also that the satellite station that they had attacked was but a point of advance and that the victory that she preached surely had been returned in a monumental reprisal. Thing that Tara would find out only opened the door of Alexandria.
Rosita tells Tara if she saw anything or any place where they can find weapons or "whatever" to strengthen themselves now that they are under the yoke of the Saviors. Tara may have an answer but the shell bracelet makes her smile and remember her promise; He tells Rosita that he did not see anything. There is nothing out there. That's why the name of the chapter: "Swear".
